Home Team provides the services required to maintain our clients in their homes, as an alternative to going “down below”, to a facility.
Our community values mountain living.
Home Team has three experienced Registered Nurses on staff.
Coordination with a client’s family is a priority.
Home Team Inc. offers “Class A” skilled nursing services, as well as non-skilled services such as help with bathing, dressing and eating, housekeeping and transportation to appointments, shopping and fun.
Our company covers everything from full-time round the clock care to individualized care needs as situations progress.
